Project Eaglet: Inspiring Young Minds with Kiwanis Club of Statesboro

Children learning in the vegetable garden

What is Project Eaglet?

Project Eaglet is an exciting and innovative program developed by the Kiwanis Club of Statesboro in partnership with Georgia Southern University and Bulloch County Schools. Through this program, we aim to provide local school children with unforgettable educational experiences that ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning.

Project Eaglet is a comprehensive, five-year educational outreach initiative designed specifically for students in grades 1 through 5 from Bulloch County Schools. Each year, students visit a different educational center at Georgia Southern University, immersing themselves in standards-based programming tailored to their grade level. By the time they complete the program, students will have explored a diverse array of academic disciplines, from science and wildlife to music and the arts.
